 Saturday, March 6, noon-4 p.m. - Feels So Good Foot Massage - Selkirk College, Grand Forks, BC. A gentle technique for massaging the feet to provide comfort and relaxation - in ten minutes. The method was originally developed to help participants finish the gruelling 64 km Great Walk from Gold River to Tahsis. Good for all ages and all health conditions.
Tuesdays, March 23 to April 20, 7-9 p.m. - Reflexology For Fun - Selkirk College, Grand Forks, BC. A hands-on fun class learning about anatomy while working the feet. Guaranteed - participants leave each session with happy feet. "Ooh! Aah!" sound effects are welcomed.
Thursdays, April 1-29, 7-9 p.m. - Room Doctoring For Well-Being - Selkirk College, Grand Forks, BC. Learn basic principals of design and decorating; discuss how decor affects our well-being; re-do a room in your home. Tours of participants rooms.
2010 Concert Series
Konzerts@Kocomos, Grand Forks, BC. A series of Music and Mediumship concerts in the Back Room of Kocomos Coffee Shop on Second Street in Grand Forks. Every third Saturday at 7 p.m.: February 20, March 20, April 17. Enjoy familiar, favourite and new songs, from John Denver to show tunes, and between songs, Rosemary will be giving psychic and clairvoyant messages of hope and inspiration to members of the audience. Also enjoy Kocomos delicious coffees and teas and treats. Tickets are available at Kocomos. $10 in advance. $12 at the door. Limited seating on couches and lounge chairs - early birds get the couches.
